The Benson Law Firm has a qualified, hard-working staff available to assist with the needs of its clients. Legal Assistant Dawn Shaffer is responsible for assisting the firm and its clients in the prosecution of claims for personal injury and wrongful death as a result of motor vehicle/truck accidents, defective products, premises defects and other types of negligent, careless and reckless conduct.

Legal Assistant Ashlea Costello assists the firm and its clients who suffer work-related injuries or death in Workers' compensation claims. Ashlea also assists the firm in it's representation of criminal defendants, including those facing felony and misdemeanor charges, and driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and other traffic charges.
