Two Commercial Motor Vehicles Collide in Construction Zone |

A 1988 Freightliner Dump Truck traveling in the westbound lane was unable to stop or slow in time to avoid striking a 1987 Freightliner Dump Truck directly in front of him, causing the 1987 Freightliner Dump Truck to swerve into the eastbound lane, directly into Client’s path, resulting in a nearly head-on collision. Client sustained fractures to his right wrist, collarbone and a left rib, along with a large hematoma to the neck and multiple contusions and abrasions to various parts of the body.
